CLERKENWELL DESIGN WEEK EVENTS, AT FRITZ FRYER LONDON
We’re so happy to share with you the news that we will be opening our doors to our first Clerkenwell Design Week. From the 24th to the 26th of May we, and over 125 resident showrooms, exhibitors and local practices, will be taking part in one of the UK’s leading independent design festivals. As the new kids on the block, this is our first opportunity to be a part of such an amazing event.
Throughout the week we will be holding talks and workshops with big names in the design industry, such as Edward Bulmer Natural Paint, Emma Morton-Turner, Simon Hamilton, Darren Parnaby, Rukmini Patel, & Simon Wallis-Smith. We will also be taking the opportunity to showcase our latest design – the Adjustable table lamp – and utilising the chance to chat with you.
EVENTS WE ARE HOSTING
We will be hosting three unmissable events throughout Clerkenwell Design Week – insightful discussions and fun workshops, hosted by three inspiring friends of Fritz Fryer.
THE LOWDOWN ON LIGHTING
Our first event will be a panel discussion and Q&A held by Emma Morton-Turner, founder of Inside Stylists. ‘The Lowdown on Lighting’ will dive deep into the world of lighting and design, from four perspectives. The panel line up includes: Interior Designer Rukmini Patel, Lighting Designer Darren Parnaby, and our very own Simon Wallis-Smith. Each bring to the discussion their own invaluable knowledge on the importance of lighting, and will hopefully leave you with the tips you need to successfully utilise lights.
