Fritz Fryer Lights At Saltmoore Hotel

We’ve just completed a gorgeous collaboration with Montana Brown for her newly renovated Saltmoore Hotel. Montana reached out to us in time for final touches in preparation for opening. This project is for the beautiful lounge bar, just coming off of the second finer dining restaurant. She worked alongside Sapin Studios to curate a lovely interior for various rooms of the hotel.

Montana chose the Vintage French Frilled Coolies for a tasteful, stylish and elegant lounge design. Quotes from Sapin Studios:

“The goal was to create a beautiful retreat that welcomes guests seeking a peaceful escape, whether they’re visiting for an extended getaway or stopping by for the day. While this project is a complete renovation, it remains deeply connected to its proud Northern heritage, capturing the beauty and drama of the North York Moors and coastline, paired with the warm and inviting charm that defines Yorkshire hospitality.”

About Saltmoore Hotel

The luxurious wellness-led sanctuary, Saltmoore Hotel, is now officially open, nestled in the quaint village of Sandsend near Whitby, North Yorkshire. Some people recognise this location, as it’s formally known as Raithwaite Sandsend, the 19th Century estate that has now been completely renovated.

Its second finer dining restaurant has been created in collaboration with chef Tommy Banks, with seasonal menus inspired by the wild North Sea.

For those of you who don’t know, Montana is initially well known from reality tv, modelling, vlogging, founded a sustainable swimwear brand, running a fitness blog, hosting, featuring on SAS, becoming a first-time mum and now opened a renovated hotel alongside her husband! She is a truly strong and motivated young woman.

Tommy Banks is a British Michelin Star head chef. He owns Michelin-starred The Black Swan at Oldstead, Roots in York, The Abbey Inn at Byland, the premium food box business Made In Oldstead and his new adventure at Saltmoore Hotel. Tommy began cooking from his family’s farm, using their own produce to make incredible dishes and regularly appears on BBC’s Saturday Kitchen and Sunday Brunch.
