We ask if you can bring as much as you can, the more the better! If you could bring a copy of your plans, ideally printed in an A3 format at minimum, this means we can easily annotate them. Also if you have any inspiration images & ideas you may have for your space.

Of course you can! We are huge fans of dogs here at Fritz Fryer. All we ask is that the dog is well mannered and doesn’t disturb any other customers that may be in our showroom at the same time.

Yes of course you can re-schedule your appointment, we ask if you can give us a 12 hour notice. If you do wish to reschedule your appointment, you can either head over the meeting confirmation email and amend it there, call a member of our team on 01989 567416 or alternately send an email to ask@fritzfryer.co.uk.

Whether it is virtual or in person, we ask for you to arrive 5 minutes before your appointment with us.

London showroom:

Yes we do have customer toilets at our London showroom, but please note these are only accessible via a flight of stairs.

Herefordshire studio:

Yes we do have customer toilets which are situated on the ground floor our Herefordshire showroom.

London showroom:

Unfortunately we do not have onsite parking at our London showroom

Herefordshire studio:

Yes we do have ample amounts of customer parking at our Herefordshire studio.

Virtual appointment:

Our vital appointments are initially 15 minutes long, from this we can get a good understanding of the project and book additional time in for future appointments. please additional time will be charged accordingly.

In person appointment: 

Our in person appointments are initially 30 minutes long, from this we can get a good understanding of the project and book additional time in for future appointments. please additional time will be charged accordingly.

Of course you can bring your designer / client to your appointment with you. Having you both there helps us build a greater relationship and understanding with you both.

London showroom:

To attend your appointment at our London showroom there is a small step up from the pavement into the ground floor of our showroom, please note to access the the toilets is via a staircase and no lift is available.

Herefordshire Showroom:

Wheelchair access is good within our Herefordshire studio with island space where we hold our appointments being on the ground floor, Our toilets are too accessible from the ground floor. We also offer a dedicated disable parking space right out the front of our showroom.
